Cale Robert Whicker is a distinguished educator and leader in the field of education. He was honored as the Assistant Principal of the Year for Colorado in 2022, recognizing his exceptional contributions to the elementary schools in the Poudre School District. With two decades of professional experience in the field, Cale has a proven track record of success in creating supportive learning environments that cultivate academic and personal growth. His innovative approach to education, combined with his passion for developing students, has resulted in improved student achievement, increased engagement, and a strong sense of community within the schools he has served. Cale is dedicated to ensuring that every student has access to a quality education, and he continues to make a lasting impact on the lives of students and families in his community.

Currently, his main role is as Assistant Principal at Beattie Elementary School for the Poudre School District located in Fort Collins, Colorado. Where he demonstrates the qualities of authenticity, responsiveness and positivity by cultivating a culture of agile collaboration, creating a transparent culture, and clearing withholdings.
